What If I have a medical Emergency ?

Call 911 and go to the nearest emergency room. For after-hours questions and concerns, email us at contact@progressivewomenshealthonline.com or leave us a message on our voicemail and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.


Where do I get my lab results?

Once you sign the release of results form, we can either email or fax you the results. You are also welcome to pick up your results from the office.

You can also go to the LabCorp Portal (http://patient.labcorp.com) or Quest Portal (https://myquest.questdiagnostics.com/web/home) to receive your results. If you have a question or don’t understand your results, please make an appointment to go over your test results.


Where do I get my imaging results?

Once you sign the release of results form, we can either email or fax you the results. You are also welcome to pick up your results from the office. If you have not received your results, please email us at contact@progressivewomenshealthonline.com to get your results.  For normal mammogram results, the radiology department where you had the test done will send you your results.


What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. (The last appointment time is 4:30pm).

Are walk-ins welcomed?

Yes


What can I expect as a new patient?

Our front office staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out our new patient packet. We ask patients to come 30 mins before the scheduled appointment time to complete your paperwork. These forms may be accessed on our website under the "Forms" section.


What should I bring if I am a new patient?

You will need to bring a picture ID, insurance card, and copay.


What if I miss my appointment?

The patient can call and cancel or reschedule the appointment at no charge, but if the patient does not call at all they will be charged a no show fee of $25.


Who can help me with a bill that I received?

Please email us a copy of your bill at contact@progressivewomenshealthonline.com  and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Where do I get my medical records?

You will need to sign a Release of Information form for us to send/receive records. Please fill out the Release of Information form available at our website under the "Forms" section and email it to us.


How much do you charge for medical records?

We charge patients per CMS guidelines.


How long will it take to get my medical records?

It will take 7-10 business days.


Does your office have a patient portal?

Yes (currently under construction)


I have not received my test results.  What should I do?

Please give us one week after you get your test done. If you have not received your results, please email us at contact@progressivewomenshealthonline.com.


Do I need to be fasting for the bloodwork?

Yes, most bloodwork requires fasting. If you cannot fast, please let us know.


I got an ultrasound / mammogram order. Where do I go to get the test done?

We will give you a list of places, and from there you can go to a place where your insurance is accepted.


I got a bloodwork order. Where do I get the test done?

You need to either go to LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics to get your lab work done.

Do I need a referral to see an OBGYN?

You do not need a referral to see an OBGYN with most insurances.  You can email us at contact@progressivewomenshealthonline.com to find out if you need a referral from your PCP. We will work with your PCP to get a referral from your PCP.  We will also send notes back to your PCP after your visit.


What if I need paperwork filled out by your office?

Most FMLA paperwork can be emailed to us at contact@progressivewomenshealthonline.com and we will take care of it. Sometimes you will need to make an appointment for an office visit if we are not able to do it otherwise.  We charge for FMLA per CMS guidelines.


How do I request a refill for my medication(s)?

You can fill out our refill request at www.progressivewomenshealthonline.com
